Gooooooooood Morning!

When you wake up in the morning, have you ever, just once even, had the urge to jump up and open someone else’s bedroom door and start singing, “Riiiiiise and shiiiiiiiiine and give god your glory, glory. Riiiiiiise and shiiiiiiine and…..”?

What about getting up and doing a little dance? Shaking a little ass? Getting down? In your PJs, or better yet, NAKED! You been there? Done that? Got the effin’ T-shirt?

Or, there is always the bed jump wake up. It can’t be denied, beds make good trampolines. Nothing quite like some air time to get the blood flowing and the brain juices moving after the long cold night slumber hibernation. And, once you work the magic on yourself, its always fun to go try it on someone else’s bed and get them to join in the good times.

Crazyness? Maybe.
Invigorating? Most definitely.
Guaranteed to work better then any cup of coffee? You betchya.
