Beat Radness Goes Mobile!

Beat Radness Mobile Lives!!! from Hawk Mo Collective on Vimeo.

Hank West, one third of the great Hawk Mo Collective, is the ring leader and inspired creator extraordinaire behind the Beat Radness Project musical undertaking. As part of his BIG dreams, he wants to take Beat Radness to the festivals, mobile solar style. This past month he has stalked Craigslist for certain necessary elements, and has landed himself with 6 solar panels and an old meter maid truckster. The solar panels are enough to power his entire Beat Station, including 2 titan 48 subs, two I don’t remember the name tops, amp, controller, computer, and lasers. The Truckster he bought dirt cheap because it didn’t run, and hadn’t been running in a loooong time, until last Saturday, when the good ol’ girl cranked over and got her gears turning! Success!!!! The Beat Radness project is one GIANT step closer to being mobile in time for the Floyd Yoga Jam. This sweet little machine is going to be the foundation of his solar mobile stage art car that will sprinkle booty shaking beats throughout festivals across the country.

Happy Hank!

I’m in charge of paint and decoration and frankly I can’t wait. He’s requested pink fur for the cab. I’ve requested a mini disco ball. The outside will have a hefty selection of neon.
